Bespoke Hospitality approached my team with the task of interpreting their vision of low-country southern cooking turned up a notch at Assembly Row in the bustling city of Somerville, just northwest of Boston. Warm, uncomplicated and comfortable, every detail, from murals to paper goods, draws elegance from utility while earning a spot at the table.
‘SoKin’ provides authentic low-country southern cooking and hospitality to surrounding residents, businesses, and new visitors with a modern touch. I worked closely with Bespoke Hospitality and interior designers to establish a brand that invokes a warm, friendly tone—creating a casual atmosphere that provides some respite from busy city life just outside its doors. Blending classic dishes like Frogmore Stew with modern selections like Bayou tacos (gator tail) brings forth Chef’s vibrant menu. An extensive drink menu caps off a unique dining experience leaving customers forgetting they’re up north!
